Artificial Intelligence(AI) is one of the emerging technologies which tries to simulate human reasoning in AI systems. In words of Tony Blair “AI will allow us to do what it is that we are uniquely meant to do, focus on high-level thinking, strategy, and paving the way for innovation”. Artificial Intelligence is going to change almost every aspect of daily life. AI has the potential to enhance unique human abilities. In order to get the most out of artificial intelligence (AI), companies need more than just data, infrastructure, and off the-shelf analytics which paves the way for need to redesign their investment processes.

An AI takeover situation in which man-made brainpower (AI) turns into the predominant type of insight on Earth. Simulated intelligence opens way for PCs or robots viably assuming the responsibility for the planet away from the human species. Potential situations incorporates substitution of the whole human workforce, takeover by an incredibly smart AI, and the well -known thought of a robot uprising.

The advantages of Artificial insight applications are tremendous and can alter any expert division. How about we see some of them:

1) Reduction in Human Error: The term “human error” was conceived on the grounds that people commit mistake every now and then. PCs, don’t commit these errors on the off chance that they are customized appropriately. With Artificial insight, the choices are taken from the recently accumulated data applying a specific arrangement of calculations. Along these lines, mistakes are decreased and the possibility of arriving at exact result with a greater level of accuracy increases.

2) Takes risks instead of Humans: This is one of the biggest advantages of Artificial intelligence which we can overcome many risky limitations of humans by developing an AI Robot. For example going to Mars, defusal of a bomb, investigating the most profound pieces of seas, digging for coal and oil, it tends to be utilized viably in any sort of characteristic or man-made pandemics.

3) Available 24x7: An Average human worker works for 4–6 hours a day excluding the breaks. Humans are built in such a way that they get some time out for refreshing themselves and get ready for a new day of work. But using AI we can make machines work 24x7 without any breaks and they don’t even get bored, unlike humans.

4) Helping in Repetitive Jobs: In our day-to-day work, we will be performing many repetitive works like sending a thank you mail, verifying certain documents for errors etc. Using artificial intelligence we can productively automate these tasks and free them up to be increasingly creative.

5) Digital Assistance: A portion of the profoundly propelled associations utilize computerized assistants to connect with clients which spares the requirement for HR. These assistants used many websites to provide things that users want.

6) Faster Decisions: Using AI alongside other technologies we can make machines to take decisions faster than a human and carry out required actions quickly. While taking a decision humans will analyse many factors both emotionally and practically but AI-powered machine works on its programming and delivers the results at a faster rate.

Every new invention or breakthrough will have both advantages & disadvantages, but we as humans need to take care of that and use the positive sides of those inventions to create a better world. Artificial intelligence has massive potential advantages. The key for humans ensures the “rise of the robots” that doesn’t get out of hand.

1) High Costs of Creation: As AI is getting updated every day its hardware and software need has to be updated with time to meet the latest requirements. Machines requires repairing and maintenance which involves plenty of costs.

2) Making Humans Lazy: AI is making humans lazy with its automation in majority of the work. People will in general get dependent on these creations which can make an issue for future.

2) Unemployment: As AI is supplanting majorly share of redundant assignments and different works with robots, human obstruction is turning out to be less which can leave an effect on serious issue in the business principles. Each association is hoping to supplant the base qualified people with AI robots which can accomplish comparative work with more productivity.

4) No Emotions: As machines possess high rate of efficiency than manual labour, machines cannot develop a bond with humans which is an essential attribute when comes to Team Management.

5) Lack of Out of Box Thinking: Machines can only perform those tasks which they are designed or programmed to do, lacking the creativity of human mind.

Automation will stir positive changes in the workplace. When AI is used during recruitment or performance management, all workers will be evaluated in an unbiased & facts-based manner. In turn, Human Resources managers can get to concentrate on other essential strategic undertakings that ensure balance in the workplace.

AI can help HR departments to use machine learning (ML) in discovering where issues such as bias stem from and assist them to act accordingly faster. ML shines in identifying instances of bias. In turn, this will promote fairness and diversity in the work setting.

The workforce of the future will incline more towards innovation and creativity. Businesses have spent the better part of the last few years studying AI automation and how they can leverage it to achieve faster results. With statistics showing that workers spend up to 40 per cent of their hours at work performing repetitive tasks, every business should consider automating these functional tasks that can be automated.

With the Internet of things and artificial intelligence working hand in hand, identifying trends and solving problems in the business world will become more convenient and also sustainable. AI, together with other technologies, is expected to change the world by impacting the way businesses run. With time, we will be able to combine both human and artificial brain to find solutions to major global problems.

Apart from increasing productivity, AI systems will help businesses to cut down costs, improving the quality of their products or services, and create better customer profiles. As a result, companies will also get higher profits, which can be shared among stakeholders as dividends, or reinvested. Improved productivity also means that firms will be able to sell their products at lower prices, thereby creating more demand among customers and more job opportunities for workers.
